What We Do

Our aim is to help people stay healthy and in their homes as long as possible, help them navigate the health care system when they do need it, and ultimately to ensure they receive the right care at the right time.

Medavie Health Services New Brunswick (MHSNB) manages Ambulance New Brunswick (ANB), which currently employs over 1,000 professionals as paramedics, medical transportation dispatchers and flight nurses, and the Extra-Mural Program (EMP), which employs over 850 dedicated nursing practitioners and other health care professionals.

MHSNB employs over 100 professionals responsible for the high quality management of ANB and EMP, including Human Resources, Finance, Communications, Quality Control, IT, Fleet and Facilities staff.

We work closely with the New Brunswick Department of Health, the regional health authorities, and numerous other health care stakeholders to help ensure these organizations are operating at their best and providing the care New Brunswickers expect and deserve.
